Homeowners Disclosure Packet
Selling your home? You need a Homeowners Disclosure Packet as required by ยง55-509.5 of the Virginia Property Owners Association Act. To request one via email from our Office Manager, click here. There is a $60 fee, payable by check to the "Mill Creek Homeowners Association." Mill Creek includes the following addresses only: Mill Creek Dr., Mill Creek Ct., Gristmill Dr., Timberbranch Ct., Gray Stone Ct., Boulder Spring Ct., Bryan Ct., Spring Mountain Rd., Flagstone Terrace, Alpine Ct., Stone Mill Ct., Quail Crossing, and Copperstone Dr.
